Pokemon card values are extremely dependent on those factors (conditions especially)
Higher values produce more detailed, defined, and high-contrast models, while lower values result in more chaotic, experimental, and creative outcomes
If you play Assembly Hall just to have a nine-mana way to shuffle your deck, try Soldier of Fortune or Myr Mindservant instead
