TCG has plenty of iconic monsters, such as the Dark Magician and the Blue-Eyes White Dragon
both Forced Adaptation and Hydra's Growth are super risky/unideal cards to run as your opponent only has to use one killspell to remove both the creature & enchantment (costing you 2 cards for their 1)
Its clear, then, that this cards value isnt anything to do with its practicality in game
X to be my attacker, I would use its Poke-Power to replenish my hand and if I could find a Snorlax that needs Snorlax to be asleep to perform a special move I would use that card in my deck and then just use that move
Buzzwole-GX has Jet Punch (requiring one Fighting Energy card) that will let you deal 30 damage to one of your opponents Benched Pokmon, Knuckle Impact (requiring three Fighting Energy cards) that deals 160 damage but will mean that it cannot attack next turn, and a potentially potent Absorption GX move (requiring three Fighting Energy cards), that deals 40 damage for each of your remaining Prize cards
Some higher-rarity cards actually have better pull rates than ex cards, but even the ones that dont feel like theyre easier to find than ex cards
