Since Teferi, Time Raveler stops any permission spells from being cast at instant speed, the Planeswalker is also great in combo decks trying to force through a winning game line and it doesnt only stop these permission spells, but also bounces problematic permanents which are preventing your combo from functioning
If Nyla returns to the battlefield as a new object (such as if you airbend it and cast it again), it doesn't maintain connection to cards exiled by Nyla previously, and they cannot be targeted to return by the current Nyla
By Turn 5, it's just better than Astrolabe (in Urza specifically)
Marchesa works wonders with burn spells, since theyre often able to target opponents even if they have an empty board to keep the cards flowing
It's also useful for a deck like Slogurk, the Overslime that needs cards to not have black or red pips (which a lot of lands matter commanders do)
