Once per turn, if you control no other monsters: You can send 2 face-up "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap Cards you control to the Graveyard
Letting you move counters around each turn will certainly open him up for some fun interactions (Luminous Broodmoth, perhaps?)
Being able to drop the searched copy and go for essentially a +0 Xyz Summon is really good too, but the restriction balances it quite well, as your only Xyzs options would be Diawolf and #44 Sky Pegasus
