I absolutely loved the Team Rocket set as it is when my card shop started importing Japanese packs and related materials
These cards dramatically warp commander games, whether having players run away with resources, shift in ways many players dislike, cause people to not be able to play the game, really efficiently search for their strongest cards, or commanders that tend to be only built in ways that take away from more casual games
Most functional hands are immediately turned on by one of the aforementioned ten cards and Temur Emerge is favored in many matchups that it isnt under immediate pressure, so I will gladly keep hands that include a curve of Primal Druid and Nissas Pilgrimage or the means to cast a turn 3 or 4 Kozileks Return particularly when paired with Wretched Gryff
That being said, this red and white deck looks solid based on the deck list, and the idea of cards living a double life both in hand and in your graveyard is fun to manage and can create some hectic token creature army situations
While it has some control elements to protect the board, its more of a slow-burn, value-driven deck unsuitable for fast-paced or cEDH games
