This card is a bit limp on the damage output for 4 mana but it is hard to deal with, has good synergy with your many sac outlets and token generators and gives you some reasonable inevitability
That's another exciting part of this collection: not only is every single card signed, almost all of them are illustrated, with "recreation" artwork by the original illustrator
The good news is that Yunas Whistle should be powerful in a variety of different decks, regardless of how much you cater to it
They're more useful in this format than most, simply because Commander decks are so large, and each of their 99 cards (excepting basic lands) must be different
