A Pokmon 'Energy Card Break' is when a participant is assigned one of the eight energy cards, such as Fire, Lightning, or Metal, and then a pack of Pokmon cards is opened on stream once all 8 energy cards have been assigned, all the cards from the pack go to the participant assigned to that energy
