The land cards for this set all feature unconventional full-card artwork, which is quaint at this point in time considering that we've had a lot of actual proper sets with full-card artwork in a similar format to this
The developers focused on the themes of "beauty", "bond", and "evolution", and it is based on these themes that they created the games' core mechanic where Pokmon could achieve a higher form of evolution by strengthening their bonds with trainers
