Pokemon Card Strategy: So as far as strategy goes, I would ponder putting one of these cards in a water type deck and waiting until later into the game to play this card, I would move it into play, use Ice Chain, and then depending on how many energy cards I had attached to it I would either retreat it, or put another energy card on it and use Frost Vanish, I would continue using this strategy throughout the game to hopefully move the opponent's strong Pokemon out of the active Pokemon spot
