If I had to guess why this is, it's because they are adding the expensive booster pack with the alternate art, full art, and such that's very pricey

When this 2/1 for one is in your graveyard you can cast it if you control a Zombie

However, the token can easily be bounced

The problem is that you need those cards in your deck to make it happen, and Magnifying Glass is pretty terrible to have in your deck

Mind you, going back far enough and you would find Phantom Nishoba, Akroma and Visara somewhere on the list
