It's situational, but powerful if done right

Smee could make for an excellent companion for cards like Jim Hawkins, Honorable Pirate if you decided to try out an Amber/Steel deck

As before, characters who have been played on the same turn cannot be used for their ability (or anything else)

This drove up the cards price, as looping two copies of We Know the Way is effectively the decks win condition
