If nobody was playing monoblue I would choose the player whose commander had blue in its color identity and seemed the most likely to play a control / counterspell based game

Solemn Simulacrum Speaking of artifacts, the other three colorless reprints contribute strongly to ramp Meteorite, Palladium Myr, and Solemn Simulacrum

If the con is not too busy, odds are good they will do a commission for you
