Force is fairer despite being the better counterspell in a purist sense hence not getting the ban
As a bonus, you can choose to keep the 2 extra cards you drew at the cost of 4 life each
Its a strong early play since gaining the Monarch is always impactful, and in the late game, it becomes an almost unbeatable win condition
