Outside of the more competitive spheres, I really like this card in graveyard decks like Meren or the new Beledros

Some folks would even argue that this is too few lands to run

Then you can spend three mana at instant speed to tuck a card from any graveyard to the bottom of their library

It is one of the most played tech cards in the game, and for a good reason, it wants to improve the matchup of any deck that is facing Mew VMAX
