Spirit decks can really run up the tricks, such as the combination of Hana Kami, Thief of Hope, a few Spiritcraft creatures, and a great Arcane spell or two
For three mana, this effect needs a ton of support to be worth it
Kheru Goldkeeper is a fine example of the perfect Sultai card, it has its own Renew ability while also generating more value when you utilize other cards with Renew
They use artifacts as a central theme of the deck, though that covers a wide array of different mini-archetypes, like equipment or vehicles
Those being over twice as big as cube decks and less under pressure to be quick are more than happy running the most costly payoff cards too so this would still see loads of play even if it were just one opponent
However, the ability to evoke when you need to is very powerful as you can answer creatures like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Murktide Regent or a creature carrying a Colossal Hammer, and the decks that play Solitude tend to be able to recoup this card disadvantage pretty easily
