Animating enchantments or animating artifacts creates unique interactions that wouldnt otherwise happen
One of my first commander decks used to be Lands.dec under Child of Alara that used Prismatic Omen to take advantage of such synergies and often won by having the enchantment in play and then casting Scapeshift to fetch Valakut and a bunch of other lands, burning out my opponents
Since Flairs are tied to individual cards and the price increases as you add more, this can quickly become quite the costly activity
On top of that, whoever controls the monster that this card is equipped to, takes 500 damage during each of your Standby phases
Each deck comes with the following: 1 foil-etched, legendary commander card and 99 non-foil cards, including lands 10 double-sided tokens 1 deck box 1 insert with strategy advice for the deck 1 summary of the rules for playing Commander 1 reference card with guidance for what to do on your turn Punchout counters No dice or life counters with this product, but thats certainly not a big knock against them or anything, and it helps keep the packaging and costs minimal
The commanders special because it starts in the command zone, a zone unique to the Commander format
