The artwork on the card is fantastic and the 60 Congratulations! and GX attack of 1060 damage are nice touches to help commemorate his 60th birthday

My best mate played this card in a Modern deck, and its power was more than evident to me the first time it hit the table

While not proliferation in the traditional sense, you get to still add counters to at least one card of your choice

If a card doesn't specifically use the word win, there's no winning outcome, so a cards like Two-Headed Giant won't ever trigger a payoff like Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom

That should give you enough time to catch up on Prizes and finish the proper power-up
