The first few definitions define "mise," but then the dictionary starts going a bit off the rails

The key thing here is how often they can change their form, because it means you can always have the best possible thing at the table, and it even has hexproof
I think the proactive route with Eldrazi Monument might be better in the more casual pods that I'm trying to run this in as it's permanent protection from board wipes and it makes the Apostles a threat themselves with flying and the +1 power buff
