Seeing as each player starts with 40 life in Commander, this artifact will equip at maximum strength, assuming you aren't facing a hyper-aggressive deck that happened to target you

At just three mana, you can easily accelerate it out with other cards like Chrome Mox and Lotus Petal, meaning the creature can reliably be cast on turn two (or even on the first turn, depending on your draws)

#6 That mega Gengar coin was exclusive to the deck but its nice that they are putting it in a more accessable product
