As actual playable cards, Slifer and Obelisk are great to use with Obelisk's effect allowing you to destroy all monsters the opponent controls if you tribute two monsters while Slifer gains 1000ATK points for every card you have in your hand so with a drawing strategy in mind, you could potentially give Slifer enough attack power to end the duel in one hit
