Foundations Play Boosters Foundations is where Wizards of the Coast re-established what the color pie is in Magic, so any returning players can feel very familiar with these cards

Your opponents wont be able to fetch their lands or tutor for their combo while the Arbiter is there unless they pay 2 mana more

It also synergizes particularly well with Fetch Lands, since you dont end up losing a land by the end of it

Non-foil Special Guest cards will appear in Set Boosters, while foils will be limited to Collector Boosters
