You must pay its mana cost (or, if another effect allows, an alternative cost)

She gets stronger for each arrow in her quiver (mechanically represented here as Equipment) and can remove them to "shoot" at another creature in combat

Key budget cards to include: Umbra Mystic, Ethereal Armor, All That Glitters, Sythis, Harvests Hand, Sanctum Weaver #06 Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch (Down from #04) While Urtet might have been moved down a couple of spots, it isnt for any fault of the deck
