The things that enable it are wide and varied, but the payoff isn't amazing

I initially put Prismatic Ending on spot 1 in my list because of the straight up dominating potential I see in this card for the integrity of the format

All MLP cards are silver-bordered, and therefore illegal in tournaments or sanctioned events

Living alone, Tev's guilt over his inability to change people grew and grew into a massive hatred and contempt for everything

The one card that this gives us access to is pretty great

Adding the +1 ability to cast a sorcery as though it had flash sometime before your next turn, and you quickly have a card that could become oppressive
