You can hit pretty much any creature and get decent value from this spell but it gets much better if you pair it with topdeck manipulation like Sylvan Library, Cream of the Crop, and Worldly Tutor
the only playable creatures in the strategy more expensive in terms of casting cost are Cloudblazer and Mulldrifter, both of which guarantee two cards per trigger
If a card just says "Partner" or "Friends Forever", its benefits only really apply to the Commander or Brawl formats, where you're allowed to run two Commanders that share a keyword
