The commander, Winter, Cynical Opportunist, is spectacular because of his strong abilities that do exactly what you need, and the entire deck has plays that other decks cannot pull off

Yorion 3rd In a draft it is very hard to get a viable 60 card deck to then make this your companion, although not impossible
Trenzalore Clocktowers drawback is that its legendary: a factor that may as well not exist in the singleton Commander format, and one that certainly doesnt balance out the incredible upside of running this in any deck that plays blue
For this reason, it is speculated that this set could include many of the Paradox Pokmon species, particularly Iron Leaves and Walking Wake, which are posed as the featured cover images for the Japanese sets
