I know I was down on a handful of these cards, but honestly, I am absolutely elated by this set

Exhaust G, Tap: Add three mana of any one color

Elves Plays like: Slivers, Elementals, Pirates Elves are perhaps the most successful and powerful typal deck across Magic history, with a consistent presence in the metagame of tournament formats

Vexing Scuttler can get either one back if thats relevant, so I dont see a need for more than one

This card is a good bet for decks like RW or WU where you want to have a tempo deck full of cheap spells

That alone makes it a powerful card, as having equipment be a creature before you pay to attach it to something else gives you a tremendous amount of flexibility
