The aggro deck is unconcerned with politics
Its great to always have your Gilded Goose on Turn 1, but if all your threats are Garruk, Cursed Huntsman and Oko, Thief of Crowns, you basically added four more lands to your deck instead of four actually broken cards
You can certainly ask opponents to not block in order to target something owned by another player if its troubling the board

While this Edgar hasn't proven itself enough to unseat the classic C17 commander, it's certainly relevant enough to serve as a top choice for someone who wants a deck that's aggressive and has some resilience
So, if you can't keep it alive or get through chump blockers, you can end up with a four-mana 4/3 that isn't doing much
