In blue, you gain access to repeating tappers such as Narcolepsy and Ghostly Touch

As it stands, Grenzo, Havoc Raiser isnt powerful enough for Legacy and is only going to see play in a certain kind of casual deck

Remember, because Flaying Tendrils exiles, it cancels out Hangarback Walker and Matter Reshaper, so use it with caution
