White Mages act as The Medic, and Summoners are most akin to artillery, with powerful Area of Effect attacks as well as healing and buffs, although these tend to be less efficient than those of the White Mage
Like Ive already said, white midrange gets a lot of love in this set and this is one of the best cards for it, where both modes are incredibly useful throughout the game
It could be used as both a mini-Giant Growth (oxymoron alert!), or as a Demystify
Your opponent cant put the cards they search for on the stack because Ultimatums still on the stack at that point, and Teferi prevents your opponent from casting cards while theres something on the stack
