I do believe you can get the City's Blessing by turn 3 or 4, but if you're still trying by turn 5, these two can help
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if another human entered the battlefield under your control that turn, you create two 2/2 red human knight tokens with trample and haste
Then listen to the sweet sound of your opponents telling you how much they hate you
