White gives you some good creatures to exert but pushes you mostly in a sort of token generation strategy: The Bell-Ringer plays nicely with all other colours
you can set up a lot of plays by discarding fat
I dont have exact criteria for how I have rated these cards, and the order depends on bias as to what Magic format you look at them through
Without those two things, this ends up just being a 2 mana 3/1, which isn't particularly good
