I think well see her in higher power tables as an Underworld Breach deck, but she can also combo with persist creatures like Murderous Redcap to win the game
You can activate that ability and swing out, making all the creatures the defending player controls block an irrelevant 1/1 while the rest of your horde streams past

Shivan Dragon, and many other future big Red creatures, would be cast much sooner in Red/Green decks thanks to this 1/1 Orc, making it a target for opponents, so as to try and slow down your amassing a huge army of big creatures
