The Pokmon card-flipping market has always existed to some extent
It was one of the earliest cards to demonstrate how the Alternate Art format could highlight a standard character profile into a highly stylized, modern masterpiece
Item tools which stick to the Pokemon until they are knocked out are also very helpful, especially the ones like Cape of Toughness which increase the Pokemons HP
That also means that for the game to develop and not become stale, there needs to be a mixture of cards printed each time
While Liesa does make cards like Dictate of Erebos super relevant, it wasnt what I was looking for, and it was also something I knew could make my friends miserable, given Liesa exiles things that die on their side of the field
I wouldnt suggest in putting more than 2 copies of this card in one deck, but I find it much more powerful in the mid to late game when Mana Leak starts to lose its power
