If it dies during your turn, and you hit two lands, you can play one this turn and one the next turn, so think about that before slamming a land per turn before attacking into a blocker

It gives all other Humans +1/+1 while allowing you to use your creatures for removal so long as you have the mana to do so
It's also very strong with looters like Merfolk Looter that tap to draw a card and then discard said card
