They spend a good chunk of the game catching frogs in Qu's Marsh (there's even a golden frog sidequest), while their main battle ability is actually "Eat" - consuming weakened enemies to learn Blue Magic (enemy skills)
Its not a bad card, but like all cards, it has things that it is good at and things that it is not good at, and, as a deck-builder, you should be trying to have your cards accomplish things that they are good at
A 4/3/1 Evasive for 3 is better though
But the traditional way of experiencing Magic is through good, old-fashioned paper stock, and Wizard offers many ways to dip your toe into card collecting without spending too much
Mercurial Pretender $0.75 Regular Clone isnt good enough to see play in Standard, so this underpowered version is certainly not going to make an impact
