If you have a commander that cares about assassins hitting your opponents, that deck is probably an assassin typal deck focused on getting in with assassins

If your opponent has Detention Sphere, they can remove your Oblivion Ring with it, but they couldnt remove your Detention Sphere, so Detention Sphere is both better and worse in ways that generally seem to balance out

Puncturing Light kills less things and cannot be combined with other damage sources to help take something down hence being marked down a little

They won't get more powerful if more than two permanents entered the battlefield under your control in a turn

Ive seen versions of this deck that lean pretty heavily into the land destruction space, which red does support you in, but your friends wont
