The biggest issue with other cards that provide additional draw effects for your opponents is that the player to your left, the player whose turn other additional draw effects would help first, has access to the extra cards first, giving them an advantage over your other opponents
I dont think that the ability to destroy artifacts and enchantments is all that relevant, but incidentally is the way that I prefer my Disenchants to come anyway
The key thing to look out for are the blues
Notably, Deathrite Shaman can target cards in either player's graveyard
However, this comes with a risk, as your creatures also become artifacts, making them vulnerable to artifact removal that is common in Commander games
