Its Bloodthirst ability lets it come in with +1/+1 counters based on damage dealt to your opponents, and its Enrage effect lets it deal damage to an opponent, each time it takes a hit, unless they sacrifice a (non-token) creature

The ability to continuously revive this card is cleverly expressed by the illustration's endless swarm of cockroaches approaching an unsuspecting victim
She is also a little like Ugin, you are better off keeping her on high loyalty for the extra safety and the ability to throw out a big -X should you want to
