I havent reviewed a Magic set in a little while, but Bloomburrow is too dang charming

Hes obviously great with other vampires the cheaper the better to get as many triggers as you can, as well as lord/pump effects, and token doublers like Anointed Procession

Pros: Can reliably access it via companion ability Great in ETB strategies Can cheat mana costs of other creatures with its ability Cons: Not especially powerful if its ability misses How you can get it: Ikorai: Lair of Behemoths 2

All other abilities remain the same regardless of which cost you choose to pay

Sacrifice this for a mana to the Altar Trigger Blood Artist to ting a foe for damage Cast Gravecrawler Repeat killing every player in the game for your tings from things like Zulaport Cutthroat

Even if you're somehow not hitting artifacts and creatures, Captain N'ghathrod provides an alternate mill win con that supports his own abilities, and for that he is truly one of the best
