Short version: its a ready-to-play 100-card Commander deck, mono-black, built around artifacts and recursion
The set will introduce a rule change to the way the first turn of the TCG is played, preventing the player who has won the first turn of the game to play a Supporter card on their first turn, attempting to mitigate the advantage players have when they can set the tempo of the game
Jarad is a very greedy deck, meaning that simply playing this build is a gamble, but one that in my experience pays off nicely
You lose the game if you are forced to draw a card but cannot because your library is out of cards
(2023-06-16) You can't choose to pay any additional costs for a copied spell
If a board wipe is cast in the meantime, whatever creature you exiled is still protected
