Because this card does require at least one other card to access the card you fetched up, it just cracks the top 10, but the rate of one black mana to tutor any card is still too efficient to ignore

However, I think most of the time when this comes up later in a game it could be better to dump your hand and then refill it and put your graveyard back into your deck
