The cheese presents with strong green mottling from the addition of sage leaves to the curd prior to pressing. However, the sage flavour is subtle and not overpowering. Its well matched against the creamy texture of the underlying cheese. Each unit is 150g, and you can only purchase it alongside 4 other 150g units.
