Hand-Carved Wood-Fired Brown Stoneware Mugs some of which were takenThese stoneware mugs are wheel thrown and carved by hand, and fired in a wood burning kiln. The interior glaze is a warm, speckled shino. The copper and gold tones on the exterior of the mug are a result of exposure to wood ash in the firing and can vary based on the pots placement in the kiln. Due to the unpredictable nature of these firings, each piece is unique. The mugs hold 12 14oz comfortably. Microwave safe; hand wash recommended.
