Sotoleros Tavi Lechuguilla Agave 750ml 200ml and hints of stone fruitMade from 100% Agave shrevei, harvested wild at maturity and cooked in an earthen underground oven using oak firewood, then milled by hand using a mallet. The agave ferments in stone vats for 5 8 days, and is finally distilled in stainless steel pots with wooden caps. The final spirit is adjusted to proof with spring water. The flavor and profile of Tavis Lechuguilla has hints of fresh peppers, vanilla, and fresh herbs.
