Michel Gassier Costieres de Nimes Nostre Pais Red 750ml redblend Krone Borealis is bottle fermentedThe Grenache dominated cuve is the 2016 Costires de Nmes Nostre Pas, and it includes 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvdre, and the rest Carignan and Cinsault, brought up in older barrels and concrete tanks. Black raspberries, black licorice, leafy herbs, violets and hints of graphite give way to a rich, full bodied, yet incredibly sexy 2016 that has sweet tannin and a power packed profile. Tina Gassier called this a Nostre Pas on steroids and I couldnt disagree
