The velvet features a rich deep red colour almost burgundy

The porcelain is in excellent condition with no noted defect while the stainless steel pot has some scratching on the interior bottom and evidence of burning on the exterior bottom (see photos)

but should be a little roomy

which is pierced and finished in gold gilt

The glaze is in a greyish tan colour or a yellowish grey colour with blue around the top and bottom. The molding is not very defined (sharp) or deeply impressed, but I think that this is a sign of it being an older piece.
