Kalevala themed ceiling light from the early 20th century 1970s Valinte was a Finnish lightingPossibly a one of a kind metal and glass ceiling light with motives by the Finnish painter Akseli Gallen Kallela who is best known for his illustrations of the Kalevala. Experts have dated it to the 1920s but the maker is unknown. The motives are stenciled or cut from a sheet of metal. The glass is unbroken. Approximate height 30 cm.
