Has red artillery piping. No rips or tears but some staining and spots of grime. Small size, measures around 6 1 2. Named to W. O. Brown, 5726. This is Wallace O. Brown (39155726), born 1914, enlisted in the army on 21 March 1941, from Ventura, California.
