This applies to Enchanted cards, clean early promos, or iconic characters with standout art

The reference cards for these decks explicitly tell you not to shuffle them and youd be wise to listen

In Fallout 4 youll meet Piper before you meet Nick Valentine

Then on arrival you'll mill 5, and then next turn you'll Splendid Reclamation and the last you'll pump a dork and give it trample equal to your land count- a win con too

Its just a shame that the kickers red mana-pip means this wont be playable in the vast majority of merfolk-themed commander decks
