Cask No. 115.30 Deep rich & dried fruits added smoked olive oil toAbout Superb and surprising!: Distillery 115 produces a spirit that begs for warmer weather, so its release is a timely one! Aromas of flowers and herbs are a typical find and, in this casks instance, accompanied by darker notes of brown ales and brown breads (the former due to the distillate and latter due to cask protocol). This is a really lovely malt from a lesser known distillery. Tasting Panel Note: The neat nose expressed mineral oils, strop
